1. The meticulously designed coil structure and vacuum impregnation process ensure that the SG(B)10 transformer is free from partial discharge and exhibits no cracking or insulation degradation throughout its entire lifespan.


2. The high-voltage winding uses continuous winding, while the low-voltage winding is foil-wound. The entire structure undergoes vacuum impregnation and curing, and high-strength ceramic supports provide excellent withstand capability against sudden short-circuit currents.


3. It is flame-retardant, non-toxic, self-extinguishing, and fireproof.


4. Under high-temperature open flame combustion, the SG(BY10 transformer produces almost no smoke.


5. The transformer has H-class (180℃) insulation.


6. The insulation layer is extremely thin and uniform. It has extremely strong short-term overload capacity, requiring no forced cooling, and can withstand 120% long-term overload and 140% overload for 3 hours. Because this insulation material does not age and is elastic, it can be immediately fully loaded at ±50℃.
