SCB11-30~20000KVA/35KV dry-type transformer structural features:


1. The core uses high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. The silicon steel sheets in the core use a 45-degree fully oblique joint, so that the magnetic flux passes along the joint direction of the silicon steel sheets.


2. The windings are of the following types: (1) wound type (2) epoxy resin and quartz sand filling casting (3) glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin casting (i.e., thin insulation structure) (4) multi-strand glass fiber impregnated epoxy resin wound type (generally, type 3 is more commonly used because it can effectively prevent the casting resin from cracking and improve the reliability of the equipment)


3. The high-voltage winding generally adopts a multi-layer cylindrical or multi-layer segmented structure.


4. The low-voltage winding generally adopts a layered or foil structure.
