Strong corrosion resistance: The amorphous alloy core is fully encapsulated with resin and high-temperature resistant silicone to effectively prevent rust and amorphous alloy fragment shedding, thus effectively protecting the core and coils.
The product's no-load loss is reduced by more than 30% compared to the SCB10 model, and all losses are lower than those of the SCB13 dry-type transformer, resulting in excellent energy saving, economical operation, and maintenance-free operation.
Low noise: To reduce operating noise, a reasonable working magnetic flux density is selected during product design, and the core and coil structure are improved during manufacturing. Special noise-reducing materials and processes are used, resulting in noise levels approximately 5-15 decibels lower than the national standard GB/T10088.
Strong short-circuit withstand capability: The product adopts a three-phase, three-limb structure, with a compact and reasonable clamping structure for the core and coil. Huabian's amorphous alloy dry-type transformer was the first in China to pass a sudden short-circuit test.
Noise levels are reduced by an average of 20% compared to the current national standard JB/T10088-2016, and product performance reaches the advanced level in China. Low partial discharge: Due to epoxy resin vacuum casting, the product has low temperature rise, long service life, and strong heat dissipation capacity, allowing operation at 150% rated load under air-cooled conditions. The product is equipped with an amorphous alloy dry-type temperature control and protection system, providing reliable protection for the safe operation of the transformer.
