Product Description
1. The transformer core is constructed from imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, significantly reducing no-load loss and no-load current. The core is also bound to ensure its compactness and reduce noise.
2. High and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper. The low-voltage windings of 500KVA and below adopt a double-layer cylindrical structure, while those of 630KVA and above adopt a double-helix or quadruple-helix structure. The high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure.
3. The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11, reducing the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improving power supply quality.
4. The transformer features a fully sealed structure, extending its service life and eliminating the need for core lifting and maintenance.
5. Actual noise levels are below standard.
After normal transportation, this series of transformers can be installed with relevant components and subjected to acceptance tests without the need for core lifting inspection. Once passed, it can be put into operation.
Note: The load loss value above the slash in the table applies to Dyn11 or Yzn11 connection groups, and the load loss value below the slash applies to Yyn0.
