Low partial discharge: The resin mixture utilizes the most advanced mixing methods and vacuum thin-film degassing technology from abroad, ensuring uniform mixing and completely eliminating air bubbles. The product exhibits extremely low partial discharge. Both high- and low-voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, giving the resin insulation both full encapsulation and inter-turn impregnation properties. The cast body has a dense, cured structure that is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly.

The glass fiber and other insulating materials used in the coil windings possess self-extinguishing properties, preventing arcing during short circuits. The resin does not produce toxic or harmful gases under high heat.
